If you would like to use a room at Sandy Mount United Methodist Church for any reason a Building Request form must be filled out. The Building Request forms keep accurate information of the scheduling of the use of rooms. To access the form please click on the link at the bottom of this page.
Completed forms can be submitted during church office hours or by emailing sandymountumc@comcast.net.
